I use an absolute filter down to 1 micron, with a pre-filter for fluoride. Yeah alot oh the bottles are marked, the ones i use are. Can only limit your intake of fluoride and heavy metals I spose.
I stay in a cottage with some lead pipes still :/ Will get round to fixing that one day.
