That is an amazing life like Mnementh, I would love to have something like that of Lucien one day when he is a bit bigger.

Go for the legs Hannah. I have a friend who's a midwife and she has LOTS of tattoos - just not on her arms :)

Just realised I never posted the start of my sleeve: here's some tasters. Pardon the knickers shots; Louis wasn't supposed to take pictures of my thunder thighs...

hello all spose you have been told over nd over again not to jump in to getting a tat .... the only mistake i made was getting a lot of small ones as you get older you will want to cover them up i'm 39 nd covered from head to toe then made a even bigger mistake by getting my own tat gun ... not many white bits left lol if your not sure get them were they cant be seen i you find you like the pain then go for it they are sort of addictive my son is now learning to tattoo he loves it. if you decide to go ahead take some a pic so we can see.... have to say that is the best snake tat i have seen

I'd say if you're not sure don't get them at all in the first place...

I heard some advice that if you want a tat, choose one and then get it blown up into a big pic and put it above your bed for at least 6 months. If you still love it every time you go to bed and wake up then go for it....or you might find you get fed up with it in which case it is not a great idea! Do also need to think about work unfortunately, lots of employers wont employ you if you have tats...although they probably wouldnt come out and admit that. Have always wanted a small one high on my shoulder or on my ankle but think my OH would divorce me! Love the spider BTD and that snake is amazing Mnementh. You would really need to find a fantastic tat artist to do a portrait of Mont HannahB, cos you would know if it didnt look right. Think what has already been said is right - you need to pay for the best, no matter the price. Best way is to ask to see previous customers (in the flesh, not just pics) so you can examine the work up close and personal. Good luck everyone, look forward to seeing more pics of more tats! xxx

my tatts - if some of them are repeated then sorry

my first one.. getting it covered up at the end of the summer though.. ive moved on from the stage i was at when i got it and think its time the ink moved on too plus its really bad!! inside left ankle

my stars on my right foot, got for my 19th.. me being the middle star and my grandad and doggy being the other two

my little butterfly outside left ankle.. reminding me that i can fly as high as i want in life and reminds me of the butterflies we used to chase in my grandads garden whilst destroying his runner bean patch!

and my right foot.. 5 cherry blossoms floating in the wind, theres 5 of us in my family and although im now living in london away from them the wind will always bring us back together..cheesy i know but hey

iv got plans to get two koi carp on the insides of my shoulders at the end of the summer and the fairy covered up with a series of flowers and stars up my leg
