If your female is anery and your male is snow you should get 100% Anery's het for Amel...
cos you have a mixed clutch your female must be het for Amel...
(I think...) |

Unfortunately I do not have a clue what you are talking about (blushes with embarrassment)!
I have 22 babies, any offers? |

It means that your Anery carries 1 Amel gene (you need 2 for it to be visual), and it has passed this gen down to some of the babies (the snows). |

I kept one of the anery snakes from last year because it had a kink in its spine. It has the same pattern as the female but is much lighter with almost a slight lavender tone to it. What would this colour be known as. The mother and father are the same as this new batch. I will not be letting them breed again! |

It may not be as obvious by the pictures but the youngster is much paler and has got the fatter she as become. She as a pinky hue to her tale and to the circular sections too whereas her mother is more silvery grey in these areas. |

But is that because she had a snow father i.e. has his colour made her paler and if she bred with a snow would her baby anery be even paler? |

Its definately possible...its called line breeding. Breeders keep back certain snakes with patterns, colours in hope to breed them back to the parents to get lighter, darker, increase a certain pattern etc... in the offspring. |

No, sorry. Lavender is a different gene, although it does look like a very pale Anery it is not the same. |
