Just thought i would ask lol, dont want another escaped snake. Just remember when you put him in, if his head can fit through then the rest off him will. |

I've sealed it, got the runners on and the screw caps but I haven't done the perspex. I was going to cut it with a jigsaw would that be ok? And also how am I going to measure what size I need as obviously it has to be lifted into the top runner and "dropped" into the bottom runner. If you see what I mean? |

Hi,
We'd imagine that a jigsaw would be ok to cut the perspex, but you'll probably need to sand all edges after cutting and prior to installing the doors.
Can't wait to see the finished product!

I think to measure the perspex for the runners you would have to push your tape measure to the very top edge of the top runner and then measure it down to about 2mm from the top of the bottom runner.
As for the ventilation grill. I got one of these from B&Q (prod code: 5011141072578) for Sid's viv:-
