This is our Cresties viv. Its had extra plants put in since taking this pic.

We found that Bert prefers warmer temps and will sit very close to his heat lamp a lot of the time. It gives a warm spot of 28c-29c surprising when you read most care sheets. The lamp is turned off at night. They are amazing little lizards. |

i have already ordered a 45x45x60 exo as i thought he might be older than i thought and it looks a lil cramped for him |

I would personally drop your hot spot a few degrees x |

Its a 60x45x60.
Georgina - He is happy with his hot spot and he chooses to sit there. He does move away to the cooler areas when he wants to. There is to much emphasis on Cresties temperatures not being allowed to go over a certain temperature. While I would not have a viv sitting at 28c-29c as an ambient temperature for a crestie a hot spot of this temperature is greatly appreciated by Bert. |

Cool. If he likes who's to argue. The only concern I would have with mine is they walk on the mesh :( |

LOL Bert's not brave enough to try that. If he did start walking the mesh then the light would be suspended above the mesh :) |
