Look ok weight-wise to me - maybe a little slim... or maybe I'm just used to chunks haha. If they are more triangle shaped in cross-section that arch-shaped, they could do with a couple more feeds
Is that a fair bit of stuck skin on no-name? A nice soak in a warm bath and a gentle slink through a towel to get rid of it will probably make him feel better |

I think mice would be better, a large every 10-14 days is what I think people feed their adults, but i've heard they can be hard to get back to mice after rats |

I have replied to your other comments on the other thread Andrea, but just wanted to say how beautiful your snakes are, especially no-name . I do feel like Figs, they actually look a little thin, although that is hard to tell from a photo. Sounds bizarre, but if you were to cut them in half would the shape be round (over-weight), loaf-shaped (just right) or triangular (thin)? As I asked in my other post, do you know their weights?
Have you managed to get rid of the retained shed? If not then have a look at Shedding and dealing with shedding problems .
Hope that helps.

Replied on your other thread - I think they are both a bit thin to be honest. I didn't realise you had already successfully fed them mice - if this is the case then I would definitely switch to large mice every 10-14 days rather than rats :) |

To me Robin is probably just about ok at that weight, as much as you can tell by a weight, but no-name is very thin! It is over a foot longer than Silvi, yet weighs around the same and I am trying to fatten Silvi up.
I am the same as Sta~ple's is in the other thread, confused about the situation. Can you try to explain it better, so we can try to help more. Have the snakes always been together? How long have YOU had them?
What is their vivarium set-up like - do they have a heatmat, controlled by a thermostat and monitored by a digital thermometer? You say in the other thread that the temp is 25oC, where is that? You need a temp of 27 - 29 oC in the warm end and 21 - 25oC in the cool end.
As for increasing the size of the rats, PLEASE don't listen to whoever told you that! The maximum rat a corn should be on is a rat pup, which is the equivalent of a large mouse. Have you fed them yourself yet? Do you feed them at the same time, in the viv?
I do hope you read the topic on Shedding before you bathed No-name, the temperature of the water is critical. Have you managed to remove the retained shed?
Also, did you read the information on keeping 2 snakes together? You need to be fully aware of what you have taken on and what you are doing. I know this seems a lot of information and a lot of questions, but it's all necessary for the welfare of your snakes and I'm sure you want what's best for them.

temp is 27 in warm end and 23 in cool end , there is heat mats and thermometer etc.. , , the snakes have always been together as far as I know, I have only had them 1 week . yes they are fed same time in the viv , I am buying a new viv soon just incase need to seperate them for any reason. |

Ah... I did not realise they were housed together, I thought you already had no-name then got Robin recently. I would separate them asap - no-name is far too thin to risk getting gravid (pregnant) at the moment - if she did it could kill her. Please get them separated asap. Also they should never be fed together in the same viv - if kept together they should be fed in separate enclosures so they don't get hold of the same mouse and you end up with 1 very fat snake... |
