She's all done! all 12 eggs were laid:

http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d170/Screenshotuser/Snakes/Hatchlings%202012/bb384874.jpg

Some of them look quite badly dented so I'm not sure all of them will hatch this year, but I'll hope for the best.

She's resting from laying the last egg, I'll give her a bit more time before I take her out for a feed

Why not feed her in her viv? Or is the male still in there?

I never feed them in the viv for two reasons - I don't want them to think that anything approaching them in their viv (usually my fingers) could be food. Second reason is that I don't want them to ingest any of the bedding material.

Took her out of the viv earlier today for a feed, but she's too close to shedding to want anything to eat. She'll likely shed tomorrow, I'll feed her again after that. She took a pretty long drink though, so I'm positive that she'll be fine :)

Currently looking for a slightly more practical way of putting my cam in the viv - leaving the sliding doors at a gap (taped off) is kind of impractical.

As for the eggs - even the badly dented one looks great now! So relieved :D

I've just caught up with the thread! I'm gutted I missed her laying I'm hoping i'll be able to watch them hatching. What a brilliant idea! I'm glad all the eggs are looking good, hopefully 12 baby snakies!

And the cam is back online! I might not keep it running during nights yet since we're still quite far from hatching time, but during the day you'll be able to monitor the eggs :)

They were laid from the 22nd on, and it took a few days. Last year it took them almost 90 days to hatch, the weather is a lot hotter this year though so I don't know :)
