4 eggs but I'm slightly worried with it taking so long. I just took her out for a warm bath and a tummy rub, I hope that will make her pass them a bit more easily... |

Blimey, I would be very VERY cautious about disturbing her halfway through laying, it can cause them to retain their eggs even further, and some then can't finish laying on their own.
I know you are only trying to help, but please leave her be, she'll finish in her own time. |

-nods- I was reluctant to do it as well, but she had been stuck on the same egg for over 16 hours. From what I've read and heard that's not a normal timespan for a single egg. When I took her out, she spent about 10 minutes long (!!) taking a MASSIVE drink, and seemed quite relaxed bathing. My previous experiences with her show that she is not too bothered by being disturbed, so I risked it to give her that bath, and apparently it didn't disturb her too much :)
I'm currently considering taking out the eggs that were laid over 2 days ago now. They're starting to look quite dented and I fear they might get too dehydrated to recover. Any advice on this? |

How moist is the moss in the hide? If you can remove them without disturbing or moving her, then fine, otherwise you could try misting the laying box with water of the same temperature. Or, if they are visible, damp some kitchen towel and lay it over the top . |

-nods- I have some kitchen towel over the top already but they still look dented. She seems to be shoving them over while laying as well, so I can only hope they're still oriented right. |
