Just wondering what happened to this chappy and if the eventual cause of the swelling was ever found out

My corn had the same. Took him to the vet and it ended up being inflammation. He had the lumps where your snake has. Take him to the vet to get an x-ray and if it is immflammation then he will get anti-inflammatory drugs like mine. Great fun trying to put them in his mouth!
