what humidity should eggs be kept at? 80-90%? cheers


my aunties, bestfriends, hairdressers, friends boyfriend had a snake and it stretched out to measure him to eat him......true story.....

As much as possible really- it's pretty hard to realistically achieve 95%+, you start getting into cloud territory there

the eggs are pretty hardy. i use news paper as a guide line. if it stays soggy then their'll be fine. if it krinkles i keep a bottle of water in the incubator so i can add it around the edges and it dont shock the eggs as its the same temp

mine went down to 54% last year. just keep an eye on the eggs if they dent in add some water around the edge. not onto the eggs it will shock them. i keep a bottle of water in the incubator so if i need to add some then its the same temp as the bedding the eggs are on.
