Gone to check on Paddy this morning and he has died. Feel sick. Thought there was something not right as he has been moving about very slow and has not been moving about much at all. Feel gutted only had him a about a month or so.

Thanks for the coments. I am looking to (dont want to say replaced sounds mean to Paddy) get another, dont know if thats more for me or for the kids though. Got Paddy from preloved so not sure I would use it again. I live in Liverpool so if anyone knows of anyone near that would be great. I work in Manchester so anywhere round there would be ok to. I have contacted eeji as he is near Manchester just waiting on a reply. Told my boy and he said "Can we get a different colour" felt like shouting at him but as he is 3 I will let it slide. My 7 year old girl might be a bit more upset after school. Not looking forward to it.

Hugs to you. Telling the kids is always difficult I know, had to do that several times. Kids are more resilient than we think.

Thanks again. Going to look at a few this afternoon in a rescue centre near us. The guy says they are about two months old and can only tell me that they are brown and red and are eating great and have shed once with him. Let you know how I get on.

Really sorry to hear your news. Having had to tell my children about River's death at the weekend I know what you are going through.
I have to say I was really worried when you said yesterday that you were worried about Paddy as the behaviour you described was exactly the same as Rivers just before she died.
Take care and hope kids are ok.
