Rogue had his first shed with me today - tried feeding him earlier, wouldnt take it so left the mouse on the heatmat for 20 mins or so to see if he wanted it warm, didnt take again so i left it in with him. I did notice he was rubbing the RUB lol so thought he might be attempting to shed. Anyway went up 15 mins later and the mouse was gone - so opened his RUB to put the rest of his stuff back in with him and caught him mid shed. It was like id walked in on him naked! he gave me a right stare ^_^. Another 15mins later and i had a shiny new snake :D

Checked the shed and the eyelids are there and it looks like the tip of the tail is but its still tucked inside the end (less than 0.5mm) it broke a bit around his "neck" area.

So thats his 3rd feed and 1st shed with me :D done all at once!

Measured the shed BTW an it was 16" long, i weighed him about 2-3 days ago at 16g, does this seem normal? (i know the shed can stretch slightly)

Chuffed to bits anyway!

I promise i will get pics up as soon as i get hold of a camera!
