Good news about the kids going back to their mum. I can imagine you have mixed feelings about them going but are glad to have a little less to deal with.
Fingers crossed for your results on tuesday. i will be thinking and praying for you hun |

I am so glad the kids are back with their mum....although I am sure that you miss them, even if it was a handful. I do hope she is getting enough help and support to be able to get through everything she has suffered and care for the kids at the same time. They are blessed having you and your family there to lean on....but now is the time for you to concentrate on you.
I am not surprised you are *****ing yourself....I cant imagine being in your situation. All you can do is go in prepared to deal with whatever life is going to throw at you as in the end you have no choice - and you will cope with it, no matter the results, because you have to....when you have kids there is no 'get out' clause, no matter how much you wish there was.
Thanks for keeping us up to date Jase, it is good to know when you are seeing the consultant so that you can be in our thoughts and prayers. You also know you have the support of a lot of people on here who, although they may never have met you, do care about you and about what you are going through.

Agree with Mike, weirdly it's kinda good news. Great that it's benign, great that it's operable and if they're happy to wait until August/September then they can't be too concerned about it growing too fast or pressing on anything. That said, I'm not underestimating how scary this must be. I'm definitely joining the ranks of those praying for a fantastic outcome from the op (sending big hugs if you're the hugging type ). |

I agree with both Mike and Sammy :D if you are anything like me, i like to get ops over and done with as quickly as possible, prevents me worrying over them needlessly, as i very regularly do hehe.
Good luck Jase, i hope it all goes as great as possible!

i am so glad that the tumor is benign, and operable, unfortunatly you have to wait until sept until you can have the damn thing removed. i hope everything goes ok, and remember, we are all here for you and if you need to rant and nag or cry (even though we cannot see u) we are always here. |
