Its bad grammar, so I think that the word 'which' has been spelt incorrectly as 'what'.

Points go to Potter Fan for this one.

You need to look at it literally.
'One word in this sentence is misspelled. what is it?'

Doesn't mean that there is a spelling mistake.
It's telling you that there is a word in the sentence.
It's telling you that the word is misspelled.
it then asks what one is it.
Therefore the answer is misspelled, but not because of bad spelling, purely because ONE WORD in that sentence is the ACTUAL WORD 'MISSPELLED'.

I've got a few more of these horrible, yet really simple ones.
