Hey guys hope i can get some advice bout slims rattling.
Ive had him for a month now so that makes him bout 3 months old (i think). When i go into his viv to get him he always rattles his tail at me, he also does it sometimes when i have him out if i make a sudden movement or touch him when he doesnt realise it. He has never tried to strike at me tho.
I get him out every day except the day after feeding so its not like hes not used to it. Will he stop or have i got a rattler or am I expecting too much too soon???
It's just the snake being defensive out of fear, but I wouldn't worry babies always do this generally. It sort of immitates a rattle snake. Quite normal.
