I haven't & I know people always say books are better but I just can't keep my concentration reading a book. I would much rather see it.

Football Factory is a good film lol
And the best viv depends really.
alot of people use aqua-pac and some people plastic tubs or glass fish tanks so it depends really

1.1.0 Dog
2.1.0 Cat
0.1.0 Leopard Gecko
R.I.P WINNIE 7.7.08 - 29.8.09
0.1.0 Bearded Dragon

I know alot of the football factories related violence is known for weapons, but the majority in the film is fist fighting & if only this was how the youths of today would solve disputes rather than resorting to knives. One on one fist fight worst thing missing tooth, etc. The film is violent in parts but also contains humour throughout & is not glamourizing the actual violence for people to follow.

Just wanted to add that incase anyone thought I support needless violence.

oww wow! we're back on topic!! my 2 smaller vivs (2ft and 3ft) are home made, the 4footer I bought off Preloved but I've no idea what make it is, probably another home-made special but it looks much more professional than my efforts. Generally I prefer wooden vivs with sliding glass doors as I think the snake feels less exposed as it's exploring.

aquapac's smart stuff
unfortunately if I could afford an aquapac viv I probably wouldn't be able to afford anything to put in it lol

How long do Aquapac Vivs last for? I have read that in time wooden vivariums get ruined with moisture, poo and wee. I have looked at some of the plastic vivs out there (Rhino etc) but they are VERY expensive. I like the look of the aquapac vivs. You can get some discounted aquapacs online (£80 for a 3 ft viv).

I want to get matching vivs for my snakes so buying a well known brand makes sense I guess. I like the look of the silver ones. Anyone got these?

0.1.1 Corn Snakes (Elaphe guttata) CB07 Jasper (Amelanastic) CB07 Chicomecoatl (Anerythristic Aztec)
1.0.0 Royal Python (Python regius) CB07 Tibo (Normal)
1.1.0 California Kingsnakes (Lampropeltis getula californiae) CB05 Luka (B&W Banded) CB06 Lucien (Albino Banded)

well it depends what you want to use the viv to house. If the habitat is going to be humid then plastic or glass is more suitable or mesh enclosures for additional ventilation.

Wooden vivs are better for dryer habitats with hotter temps or temperate low humidity set-ups.

poo & wee shouldn't be any problem as it would go on the substrate (generally) & be cleaned out.

i have just switched chester to a wooden home made viv cos of a numerous reasons i have posted in other threads.
the only thing i am unsure about was the heat mat on the inside of the viv and chester burrowing under or laying directly on it so i just put some cardboard over it and taped it down.

wot does everyone else do?
