fed my corn snake yesterday he brought the pinkie back up i have since learn't this could of been down to the temperature in the viv. i have now solved that problem. How long should i wait to feed him again?
thanks will try that but he has only had one pinkie 14 days ago he is about 2 ft long think he is about 7 month old pet shop wher i got him from not that helpful
I'd probably try another thoroughly defrosted pinkie 2-3 days after he last regurgitated and be very careful to handle him as little as possible to get him back in the viv (if you've fed him outside). definitely leave him to digest it for 48hours afterward feeding.
cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos
If the snake has regurgetated then wait a week to feed again it could be too soon to feed after a few days as it could stress the snake & cause more problems.
Try to feed weekly rather than every 14 days especially for a 7 month old/2ft corn snake on a single pinky.
