Oh dear, My little brother has been asking me to buy him a snake for his birthday since his 13th. Now on his 17th i;ve finally got him one as i think he is now capable of caring for one properly. Well, picked up his new corn last night he was over the moon, finished his viv etc at about 8pm ... got a phone call at 11:30 its escaped!!! My dad wasnt too impressed in the first place but certainly isnt happy now. Said a few choice words and told me its my fault he now has to sleep on the sofa incase the snake comes in his bedroom and gets him while he's asleep lol so now im off to my dads on a snake hunt |

Good luck in your search. They usually turn up eventually.
How big is the snake? If it's only a hatchling, it wouldn't have got very far overnight. Only trouble is- they are harder to find because they are so small |

Can they damage their scales if they get stuck to masking tape?

Good luck and hope you find him soon!!!!! I dread to think what would happen if any of ours escaped.....with 6 dogs and 2 cats I don't think it would stand much of a chance. |

any luck yet lindsei? reading some 'escapee' threads on here some corns have managed to survive for ages in the big wide world, the Jap rat I recently got had been missing for a year before he turned up and had been well and truly replaced by then so they had no viv space. |
