The max i've had at any one time is 3, I currently just have the one. I like to hand feed mine, placing the food item infront of the gecko with feeding tongs so i know exactly what they've eaten, my youngest liked to chase her food, it was pretty cute!
I dust some of them in vitamin powder every other day and calcium powder daily, also leave a dish of pure calcium in there for the gecko to eat when he wants. The insects must be gut-loaded first before being fed to the gecko. Avoiding feeding acidic/citrus fruits to the insects such as orange, lemon, tomato etc these can cause diarrhoea in the insects resulting in dehydration.
From experiance i've learnt that sand is nasty stuff! I use reptile cage carpet and do fine with it. For my youngest i just used kitchen towel.
My gecko has 1 hide on the cool end, a hide in the middle and his humid hide on the warm end which he uses when he's about to shed. Make sure the toes shed successfully or he could end up losing them.
Any info you want to know, just ask!

Keep their hot end at 90*F (no higher) to make sure the Geckos colours stay light rather then darkening. This will be more beneficial withn the 1st year of life, after that theres nothing you can do to reverse the darkening. |

Maybe the gecko is coming up for shed ? Have you got a humid hide box for the gecko to go into ?
Have you tried locusts or cockroaches for food ? |

They were most likely wax worms, they love them as do many other lizards. Very fatty but good for sick Leos, etc.
My Leos don't like crickets so I feed locusts, wax worms, mealworms - now calcium worms - & soon roaches too.
All my live food (apart from wax worms) are gut loaded before I feed them to my geckos.
