After a corn snake turns milky and ready to shed, how long is it till they actually do. Just a rough idea please

They will stay blue for up to 2 days, then clear up, then shed 2 days after. But each shed and snake is differant.

Mine was blue on friday, shed on sunday.

so yeah, thats about right.

edit:/ just a tip, wouldn't handle them in their blue stage - they are blind and cannot see, so a big black thing picking them up could potentially be very imitidaiting.

I changed the water once when my storm was in blue, and came at me out of his cave and got a mouthfull of leaf.

Even though he comepletely tame not in blue, still keeps me on my toes when he's in shed, I don't go near him in case I upset him, the water doesnt need to be changed daily, once every two days is ok.

they usually shed within a week of their eyes clearing again.mark on a calendar/diary when you notice your snake is in blue and also when it actually sheds, then you get to know what's normal for your individual snake.
