I'd say Ziggy is around the same length - I may be totally wrong.
But he seems to have filled out a lot more.
Do they grow length and width equally, or sort of fill out their width then grow from there equally?
Might seem like a stupid question but I am curious!!!!
He has only shed once since I have had him (maybe 5 or 6 weeks now?) but I am certain he is bigger.

Mine grew 8 inches length ways in 2 months;
But he's filling out recently. I think its just where the nutrients causes the muscle/bone cells and membranes to grow.
Idk if its snake preference.
Just one of those... er.. unanswereable from someone who pays zilch attention in biology, even though we havent done growing yet... wait for someone else with better knowledge of snakes insides  GP.. BE.. Phil perhaps if the memories not coated in dust.  |

He might have grown length wise, but I prob haven't noticed if he has.. just seems more chunky than when I 1st got him.
Bear in mind it's only been about 6 weeks LOL

The first shed I had, he had grown longer.. but no fatter.
Second, he grew fatter.. but both sheds were exactly the same length.
Third, he grew longer and a little fatter.
Seems to be a trend of length, width, length.. but we'll have to see how it pans out :p
I have no knowledge of biology, so am clueless about scientific facts about growth ^^ |
