I'm gonna be using a freezer box for my incubator, or so I can see a bit more clearly, I may actually use my Snail tank, I haven't decided yet. I really need to soon though, as I need it set up so that I can get the temp etc stabilised. |

From my experience, which isn't a great deal I'm afraid, so feel free to double check. Healthy(fertile) eggs are generally white to a whiteish yellow, or yellowish :), unhealthy(infertile) eggs are normally a very yellow colour. Healthy eggs also tend to look dry and smooth, and unhealthy look very wet and very yellow.
Please notice that the word 'look' is underlined to let know that the look and feel are 2 very different things. |

for breeding size i would follow the rule of 3 3 years old, 3 foot long, 300grms in weight somr breeders have bred corns smallar and used they experince to call weather or not to, ideally your females would be bigger than 300grms as breeding really take alot out of them and corns are known to double cluch |

hi thanks for the reply, i have the eggs in a large plastic tupperware box in a spare viv, they are sat on damp verm and a constant temp of 80, my female is 4` 5" and good sized girth |
