I always thought it was age 3/4 plus. Any earlier than this and it could be quite dangerous because she'll be too small to handle it. They can get pregnant before this age, but it's better to wait until she's mature. Like us really, we could get up the duff from 11 or 12 years, but it's better to wait until we are out of our school clothes ourselves before dropping one out |

I dunno what has gotten into my male over the past couple of weeks, he has only ever normally gone for my red corn, Crunchy Nut, in the past 2 years and he's only ever really just done the basic attempts at wooing, before giving up. However I think the last mice he had might've had some viagra or some other snake aphrodisiac in, not only has he finally finished his 'dance with the ladies', but he then locked with them. Both my female snakes have now had the attention of my male, and that's the first time in about 2-3 years he's bothered with my thristic Sid.
Looks like I'll be getting more than I bargained for this year, I've started getting my incubater made, and i'm currently organising some small tanks for young, hopefully. :)

Sounds good!
Maybe he just had the typical male trait- not wanting to settle down and have kids until he's lived the high life of his youth
Two birds eh? He must be loving it |
