Sorry.. Another question.......
I am going to give the little un his 1st pinkie on Friday, and I am wondering whether to put him in a feeding tub or not?
I know this is advisable, but would it stress him out, seeing as he's new and still adjusting? I'd like it to go as smoothly as possible.
The substrate is wood chip, quite large. I'm thinking of actually just putting paper down in the near future till he's a little larger, just for simplicity sake. |

It's all personal preference. I prefer to get my snakes out to feed, just because there's less chance of them mistaking your hand going in the viv as a feeding opportunity. Plus, no substrate to worry about and it's better for taking pictures.
It's up to you really. |

i left my snake in his faunarium the first time i fed him, but made sure the pinky was on a piece of kitchen roll so he didnt pick up any substrate accidently. i have had him out of the faun the last couple of times and he's eaten the mouse with no probs. |
