How do you measure a lively 8 month old corn? I think she's about 47cm but I'm scared to stretch her out from head to tail. Or is "about 47cm" as good as I'll get?

I get a length of thin sisal rope and stretch along the snakes body and then measure the string.
1.1.0 Snow Corn
0.1.0 Creamsickle Corn
1.0.0 Blue Merle Border Collie

how about getting a big book or something and hopefully if you hold it in a v he may slide straightish into the middle,

you could wait till she next sheds, measure the shed skin then minus 10% to allow for the skin stretching as its come off.

I also find if you put a snake in a box of something similar, they will usually move along the sides of the box. Once the snake is in full stretch you can just measure the sides of the box then.

All you need is a photo from DIRECTLY above the snake, with something to measure against.
