Hi guys i posted the other day about my corn snake i was getting and now i finally have him Here is a pic of the vivarium, i know it'spoopquality, but any advice on how i can improve it are welcome! He's also just took a massivepoopso what's the best tool to dispose of it?

Nice viv, see if you can get a close up of the snake, but dont disterb him

Kitchen roll is the best way

He may appreciate a more secluded at each end and a bigger water bowl but thats down to his indevidual character. Have you got a stat on the light?

Naa no stat on the light! The guys just gave me a day time bulb and a night time bulb!

You will need a stat and one or two thermometers. Digital ones are better that dial ones. For a bulb you will need a dimming stat.

Ok cheers dude! I have 2 thermometers so just need a dimmer right?! Any idea which is the best way to clean up poo?

It might be good to put a backing on 3 sides of the viv too because they like to feel enclosed. It'll make him feel a bit more secure

Either get a cat litter scoop or a pack of nappy sacks for the poop - it's grim but you get used to it pretty quick.
