the melamine ones with glass door retain/regulate heat well, are wipe clean, readily available in a variety of sizes and finishes, can be secured with a lock (to keep small children out!), are enclosed giving the snake a feeling of security, you can easily instal fittings such as raised branches (ie. you can drill holes in them, lol!), are open fronted so you can see what's in there and make the interior as aesthetically pleasing as you like and the snake can see out providing visual stimulation and a natural photoperiod.
i have a 3 x 3ft stack, a 4 footer and 2 RUBS on the go at the minute.

What do you keep your adults in? tubs in rack sysytems or just woodeden vivs with glass doors? what are the pros and cons of both?
