when the fatty amel i had was on his diet he only pooped fortnightly (and never in the viv, ALWAYS when being handled!) if they're being fed less frequently or on smaller prey items than usual they will utilise more of the nutrients from each meal so there'll be less waste to pass out. I wouldn't worry about it but like with any human/animal diet, have you increased his exercise/handling too? doing both is the most effective way of losing weight |

yes put your snake in a warm bath tub, do this 72 hours after feeding your snake. and i guarantee he/she will poop about 10mins after swimming around. this works on alot of reptiles, the warm water must give them the feeling they want to go to toilet. dont pull the plug and flush the poop down the bath tho it will block it up, scoop it out with a jug and pour it into the loo. i feed my snake on a thursday and by sunday afternoon he will be ready to poop it out in the bath. doing this way stops your snake from messing in the viv and therefore keeps the viv cleaner for longer reducing the amounts of time needed to clean out the viv and replace substrate. |

I only gave my corn one pinkie the other day. He hasn't pooped yet. Is it messy? I've not had the pleasure yet
