Hi

This might sound daft but how do you know if a snake is to fat? I have been looking at our year old corn and i am wondering if she is to fat. Her head is tiny compared to the width of her body.

Is there some guide to lengh and girth??

Thanks

All snakes grow differently to one another, so there is no growth guide.
But as a rule a corn snake should have like a loaf of bread shape body. VISUALISE your snake cut in half mid body if you think it looks like a loaf of bread then he/she is ok, if you think it would look round then it is over weight.
