You can physicaly feel it, but it shouldnt stick out, if it does the snake is probably underweight.

if it has 2 small ridges going along the length of it's spine with like a groove or dimple down the centre then it's probably a bit porky.
when you look at the profile of it's body it should be bread-loaf-shaped (flat underside)

cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos

TSMreptiles.com is cheap, but you need to buy in bulk to make the best savings because the postage is quite high.

888reptiles is ok too.
