Depends on his build. Is he fat or skinny? Personally I'd go for the extra large. More space.

A 4 ft would only need a medium to large in the normal caves (without a bottom).

If you mean the cave with a hole in the lid then my 4ft-er is in a large one.

i've got an extra large exo-terra cave/hide(no bottom) for Marilyn. the XL is about twice as tall as the large ones - i think a corn would rattle around in it!! I'm expecting a large exo-terra cave (with a bottom, and a lid) through the post any day now for the adult corns.

They love the bottom ones GP- it's a worthy investment

well my large cave (with a bottom and a lid) arrived this morning and Spruce went in to try it for size - he's probably nearly 5ft now and he managed to squeeze himself into it so it should be a comfy size for a 4ft corn.

i got a small cave (with a bottom and a lid) at the last Donny show (thanks to BE for pointing them out ) the little corns have got it in their viv but Peachy won't fit in it and he pops the lid off, lol
