I got my corn snake, Kylie 3 weeks this Friday, and she has been shedding since before I got her. I am worried coz she ain't eaten since almost a month now. Is it ok to keep trying her with food every now and then until she does take or should I do something else. Plz reply. Thanx. |

How old is the snake? What sized prey items are you offering it? |

I have tried wiggling the pinkie in front of her, putting in her viv over night, putting her in a cup with the pinkie over night, and nothing seems to work, what do u suggest? |

Try braining the pinkie, this is when you cut the head of the mouse a bit to expose brain matter. It can tempt your snake into eating. How big is the snake? How big is its viv? |

She's about 12 inches and a quater inch thick, her viv is basically a plastic tub we got from wilko's at the moment but we r looking on eBay for a better enviroment for her. |

I like Chick's thighs
But seriously, GP is right, it could well be down to the setup, size of viv, temps, etc. |

with your set-up the only thing i'd suggest is covering up 3 sides of the faunarium so the snake feels less exposed |
