| i hope i did all i could for him. bah i feel like crap. he was my first snake and now hes gone. my friend is half way thru making her complaint so its my turn soon aahhhh |

| Sorry to hear about that guys, you did all you could for them. Nova, my first snake died aswell, please don't let it put you off keeping a snake, some reptile shops are rubbish and shouldn't be allowed to sell animals. *hugs* |

| Sorry Nova, I'd complain about the vets too if I were you. We thought it was a parasite about a week ago and Caan could barely move and they still couldn't see you! |

If you don't feel satisfied and you complained to the shop, then try the RSPCA.
