Dental floss is the safest thing to use but you must be very careful personally i wouldnt rush to remove them as far as im aware it shouldnt do the healthy eggs any harm unless they go mouldy, its just some prefer to remove them others just leave them.good luck

Can't you leave them? The mould rarely transfers to healthly eggs and if things do get mouldy just clean it with a cotton bud :/
