Fed my Blaze on Wednesday, the fist medium mouse went down a treat BUT... I do peer in his rub to see what he's been doing but can only see three sides, as the back side is next to a wall, and the back of his warm cave faces this wall...
So I lifted the lid of his rub and sat behind his warm hide, was the remains of the medium mouse.. a pile of brown stinky hair, i mean STINKING.
The RUB still smells horrid, but that'll disperse, it was all dry and smelly, my room now smells rank, love their idea of a 'present..'

I am not sure if I am lucky or not, mine do all of their out of their vivs, so never have a problem with finding that sort of surprise! Have got used to looking for the signs of a 'gift' coming....although I have been known to be caught out and OH was seriously caught out and was not happy !!
Never had any with hair in though....thought you meant a regurge when I first read it.

Mine used to regularlypoopon me when I was handling him. Now he tends to do it in his viv which while it's easier to clean I miss our bonding sessions... |

Ewww. The adults ones don't really smell that much but you can tell they have done it as they will have pooped on their hides and be all upset about it like it's my fault so any boxes they have bonded with go in the bin or, I see something shiny in the corner... glowing and lit beautifully by any available light... |

Haha I have never had any steamers. It does kinda annoy me that they do it in the corner as it makes it hard to get it out when it's wet as it ends up smearing against the wall.
As for the little ones they don;t seem to understand why Iput kitchen roll down of them |

What gets me is my OH....who wanted the snake in the first place and then hits the roof when one of them deposits a 'gift' on the sofa or carpet! It is as though he expects them to be house-trained !!!

hehehe oh dear! I've only had one sofa incedent, and it had a rug on it, so it went straight in the wash, no harm done! |

Never had one do it on a sofa but they love my bed XD even with many layers of covers on my bed they still find a way to poo so it goes right into the fluffy bit :/ |
