In my snakes water bowl there are little black living things , what could they be? And how do I get rid of them?

frontline, ardap, hypoaspis mites...........all get good reports on efficacy

cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos

They migt not be mites guys... they could be substrate mites.

What substrate do you use and is your snake bathing more than usual and are these black things actually on your snake? You normally tell the difference as the harmless ones will just crawl about the substrate and may end up in the water bowel as they like the moisture will snake mites will be actually on your snake and your snake will bathe to get them off.

You get snake mites from snakes.
