it looks like a stripe to me although im not convinced that the normal butter is a butter.. it might just be the lighting but i though it was an amel =/

Have a look on 888 reptiles for pricing. I keep looking on there at al the snakes and I have been eyeing up a butter, a lavender. I have to keep reminding myself that I do not have the room. Do stripes even retain that much of a stripe when they get older as most of the ones I have seen don't see to.

True. I'd just be happy with a normal butter though ^^

depends on the morph tbh
lighter morphs such as the snow stripe have yellowy stripes which can vary in shade - some are really bright others not so bright,
at the moment both my stripes are really bright and obvious..im epecting edisons stripe to be slightly visable but at the moment its not clear how much his colouring is going to change as he continues to grow
aura on the other hand will hopefully still keep her stripes obvious (if that makes sense) as she will be a golden colour with slightly darker stripes going by pics iv seen,

i have seen some stripes (amels and normals) where its not very obvious that they have a stripe simply because of the shades they have developed, anery's and ghosts tend to have quite well defined stripes from what i have seen

beat me to it again hannah, was just about to reply to that. like hypo's they sometimes don't see the stripes because the stripes and body turn a red colour but different shades so sometimes visable sometimes not.

hannah-i used the search tool and found pics of aura, she is so cute. love the creamy body and red stripes. gorgeous
