Got myself a fine looking Corn today so I am well happy
Just set its new home up now and cleaned all my other Fauns while I was at it so I can relax now.
Going to leave her now for a week and hopefully she will settle in with the rest of the gang. |

I can relate to the whole naming situation. Got a Bloodred corn a week ago today and hes still being called new snakey, lol.

I have looked on this site before, that where i fell in love with the Anery, and that will be the next corn i get i have the faun already, just waiting for them to hatch, and if breeder has some he is gonna call me.

Also on the names see if you can think of some to reflect the type of morph she is. That would be very cool
and as for the pressure everyone will see this name on the forum and I will be able to say Hannah chose that name isn't it great!

Snow related names.. have no idea how you pronounce some but il leave that up to you!
Aneira ~ snow
Eira ~ snow (pronounced like Ira)
Eirwyn ~ snow white
Nevada ~ snow-covered
Nevara
Nieve ~ snow
Snædís ~ snow goddess
Isanne (ee SAHN)....ice
Isolda (ee SOL da)....rules over the ice
Neuge - pronounce nay-udge - catalonian for snow
And some other ones loosely connected.. was thinking about the mountains and how theres blue skies so theres a bit of a colour theme lol
Azura ~ blue sky

Bluebell ~ blue flower
Indigo ~ blue/purple colour

Some lovely names there
I will have a think about them. I do like Snowflake and Crystal
and Azura and Azure. Itf you have any more just add them to the list I will make my decision on Saturday whem I take some pics.
Slightly off topic but I found out that She might be a Coral Avalanche but will not know till she gets older.
That would be cool and interesting to watch and see if it is true.
I have plans to breed her with my Platinum which would give some interesting hatchlings. |
