Are day old chicks a poor food item for corns snakes?
I have read that are not particularly great for boids, and only feed them to my boa’s & python occasionally.
I presume this would be the same for Corn snakes? Thanks in advance for any info or opinions
Cheers

Right i may be wrong with this , Chicks dont contain much protein and other stuff for your cornsnake so its best to stick with mice, sorry may have worded this wrong |

I found out from a friend that the baby rats are the ones that contain all the fats just like baby mice. |

and yes, chicks are nutritionally rubbish for corns and apparently make their poop disgusting! they can be offered as a treat though, just like its not healthy for people to LIVE on McDonalds but might have one every now and again.........
in my experience though my corns have looked at the chick, then looked at me as if to say 'what the **** is that??' lol |
