We're currently treating both snakes for mites after we spotted some in Cinnamon.
We have a spray wich we put on a towel and wipe along the snakes body every day for a week to make sure they havent laid eggs under their scales
I've got them isolated in RUB's for this week but i don't know whether i should put a water bowl in with them because if they slither through it then drink the water it could harm them.
Will they be ok for a week without water, or what else could i do?
When I have done something like this I have just provided a very small bowl, big enough for them to drink if they need, but too small for them to get into, like a milk bottle lid.
Mites can really de-hydrate a snake so taking water away isn't ideal.
