Shen shed a couple of weeks ago, but other than the head I couldn't find anything anywhere, concluded he must have had a bit-and-piece shed that then rolled into the aspen, and quit.
Well, last night the Hawk showed up with the complete, one piece shed in his hand -- turned out it was stuck to the underside of Shen's climbing log! I did lift that log to search underneath it, but never crossed my mind to turn it over and look at the underside of the log itself!
haha they are clever like that.. monts first shed with me was around his leaves, took me a good 5mins to get it off all in one piece lol glad you found it though
