I support a child at primary school who has special needs. She's into 'attention seeking behaviours' of every single shape and description at the mo and I'm trying to do specific ignoring of lots of those behaviours. By 10am my brain was exhausted and I was ready to beat my head against a wall. By 11am I was considering if it's allowable to beat anyone else's head against the wall....

No it's not right, you need pop and crisps for it to be right. Since getting a decent laptop, I now can't wait to have sick days laid up in bed surfing, watching TV and plenty of OJ.
Well here I am working (well that's what the boss thinks) hard with another 60 mins till I can go home and do some surfing on a less restricted machine.
i live in a small town lol not many takeaways that deliver round here, plus i gotta go do a 2 hour training session at fire station soon so will give me a nice hearty meal for when i get back
