Hey guys

Tofu is shedding again after only 6 weeks and im unsure as to why she is shedding again so quickly

she has been given a clean bill of health by a reptile vet so i know its not health related .. im just a tad concerned because this is goin to be her 3rd shed with me in the 5 months ive had her and ive been told they only shed about 4-5 times a year and shes comin close to that in under less than a year lol

any ideas and advice would b really helpfull .. thanks in advance

snakes never really stop growing.. but grow really slow when they get older.

Mine sheds like a clock, almost every 4 weeks to the day, but will slow down as he gets older, he's 10 months 29 days!

that sounds perfect for a snake 3 years old.

Chrissy, Kellog is 4 and half yrs old and seems to shed every 6 weeks. Other than suffering mites at the moment he is perfectly healthy and happy and eating. Am sure you dont have anything to worry about. xxx

Sid did shed like clockwork at 6 week intervals, he is due a shed soon his behavior suggests it is imminent.

Sid shed on 14/07/2009 and she is now showing signs of shedding. Her skin has gone dull and her eyes are a little opaque.
