Have just been looking through various posts and cant find the one about attaching plants in wooden viv suggestions. Both my biggest snakes are in 3 ft wooden vivs... would using a bit of Aquarium sealent on the back of suction cups work to attached plants to walls( will air after)????? as don`t fancy hammering any of those track pins in as don`t wanna risk any potential harm coming to snakes. |

good idea kehhlyr, bout the rough edges, if you have a sharpening stone in the house for knives that seems to work really well. just make sure you run water over it while your doing it, i got a mini one with a cleaver and its no good for knifes cause its so small but gives a really nice rounded edge for glass |

I had considered that, but a vast amount of people don't have them so didn't mention it. Plus you have to be careful and gentle whilst doing it, compact mirrors seem to be about a billion times more fragile when not in the case. |

What about eyelets? They are readily available, used to be used for curtain wire.. Screw a couple into the wall of the viv and you have a point to hang from. You could also use the plastic angles as used in flatpack furniture. |

I put a background in mine (the large photo type) and the suction cups stick to that... |

most of the exo terra and other plants aswell have a long bendy bit that goes through the suction cap, if you drilled a hole and put this bendy bit through the hole, you could bend it around outside maybe fix with some blu-tak on the outside? |
