ive got a 9 month old miami that i rescued as ive stated in other posts, its my 1st snake and im not sure how many times i should feed him, ive feed him a fuzzie on sunday 2 days after i had him
if he took the fuzzie ok then keep him on fuzzies.. at 9months im guessing he should be on these anyway, on average corns need feeding between every 5-7 days or so... but it depends on the owner and the snake.. personally i feed my lil guy every 5days but others feed every 6 or 7..
hope this helps

the food item should be no more than 1.5 times the width of the snake's body at the widest point........... so ignore head size! i'm guessing it will need feeding up a bit so a meal about every 5 will help

both my snakes let me know when theyre hungry they go out on the prowl as i call it though i tend not to leave it more than ten days always remember never feed him in his viv.

plenty people do without problems, as long as no substrate can be ingested. I have fed mine in his viv for nearly 7 years- no problems!
