Cool snake, what size do royals grow to? similar to corns?
i wanted to eventualy get a boa but if i have to move into a flat i doubt id have space, and my grandad wouldnt look after it lol

no mate
they are bigger than corns
heck of a lot fatter this one only 4 months old and hes a lot bigger than my 6 month old corn

what is the full grown size like?
was more wondering about space (as i said cant get anything thats gonna grow like a boa )

i certainly did

i think iread nearly every post on there lol.
i realise they can be harder work than corns but im gonna do my best and hopefully give the 2 snakes many happy/healthy years

Nice snake matty. Kevind, I think males grow to between 3 1/2 to 4 ft and females grow to between 5 and 6ft
gp you should start your own db site then you can slag royals of all you want lol.

Nice one Matt, but they can be a real pain when they go off their food, and humidity can be an issue too. I had my royal "Oscar" for over 10 years and he was a great snake, dead chunky (boxlike) but very fast on the strike. He was a live feeder. I could never get him to take dead prey.

gorgeous yh they get 5-6 ft but chunky. a lot of feeding problems tho. good look matty
