Just a bit of feedback really, Not sure if anyone has used them for food before but their bulk prices on pinkys is great, I’ve saved about 50% also stocked up on other stuff with the money I saved.
I placed an order yesterday (150 pinkys, 10 small mice, 25 large mice and 5 large rats, along with 50 stage 5 Hoppers for the Beardies and a mealworm dish for the Geckos) Despite spending so much still had to pay P&P as I wanted it next day (that’s coz today is the only day i could be home to wait for it).
Really happy with the service, cut off for next day said 1:30 I did it about that time but cocked up with my credit card number (typo) they sent me a mail within the hour and I called them back at about 4:30 sorted in minutes and still dispatched in time for next day delivery. Also had online tracking service always a bonus.
Arrived today in 2 packages, best bag of hoppers I’ve had in ages, only 1 dead and in this heat that amazing. All the frozen stuff arrived in a polybox (soon to be my new small incubator for gecko eggs) with loads of cool packs and still pretty much frozen, just 1 rat a bit soft on one side.
Sorry to go on just thought I’d share, it’s really easy to moan about bad service but don’t think we mention good service often enough.

I used them recently as well and found the service/delivery really good the fuzzies were a little on the soft side but again I agree with Tizzy the weather doesn't help things, will use them again |
