I counted 60 days :( One of them went mouldy so I cut it open with my students today. The yolk was hard and had a candle texture with a small embryo inside. I put some damp spagnum moss ontop of them today so fingers crossed x |

It might be worth candling them to check if they're still good. Just use a tiny torch in the dark and see if you can see any veins but be very careful not to move the eggs as if they are viable this could kill them. |

Mine hatched at between 64 and 70 days (took a week for them all to pip), and mine were incubated at 29-30 degrees. Might be a few more days yet ^_^ *waits for pictures of pippies* |

I'm sure they do it on purpose just to keep us waiting As long as there's still veins and they're not really really mouldy then they should hatch. Sometimes it just takes a little longer than others. |

Lay some damp shagnum moss on them if you're concerned, shouldn't be an issue though. they have sharp little egg toofs. One of mine was so pleased with his last year he pipped about 10 times. Looked in to see an egg slashed to ribbons, and baby hiding inside XD |

I shined a light under one today. I COULD SEE MOVEMENT!!! I put some damp tissue on them for a couple of hours today which made them more squishy but not too squishy. I took it off when I left :) hopefully there will be a suprise for me on monday :D |
