She doesn't look too bad, although it's hard to tell in pics and it's better to control it before the weight goes on. I echo what Razee has asked about her weight. Also how old is she, what is she fed on and how often.

| She is 284 grams, 30 months old, around 3 1/2 foot long. She is fed a normal sized mouse around 21 grams every 7 or 8 days. |

| Hmm. She is a tiny bit on the plump side in the photos but not massively. Her weight sounds relatively normal for her length to me. I think this is a case where it's quite a personal decision. Personally, I prefer my snakes a touch leaner and would put her onto a mouse every 10-14 days for a bit but I don't think her size at the moment is cause to worry. I think it's really up to you. She's not really overweight imho, but if you think she's getting gradually fatter on the regime she's on then it wouldn't do her any harm to change it a little to avoid her getting overweight |

That seems like quite a sound weight, at that point ( 30 months ), she's still growing, so I wouldn't necessarily diet her just yet. Also, I did notice that my female is "wider" built than both males, perhaps they get their wider built to be able to accommodate eggs better?
I also noticed that after all my 3 snakes got over 2 years old, they slowed down growing in length, but widened a bit - perhaps like when teenagers stop growing, and start filling up - shoulders widen, etc., so they stop being thin and long :-) |

| There are no fatty deposits anywhere that I can see. Will get Cola up and down the banister and as it's warming up a bit will get her out in the garden a bit more and see how she gets on. (we call her a she but we don't really know by the way razee) |

at that weight and length i really wouldnt be to worried about anything yet. only thing i would do if it was me would be space out the feeding by a few more days.
I guess ya feeding mediums going on the weight uve mentioned so id be feeding ever 8-10 days an just monitor weight |

What a33272 has said is right. Her weight seems ok and I don't think it's anything to worry about. Going by most places I get my mice from you are feeding her large mice weekly. You've got 2 options, either lengthen the gap between feeds or drop her back down to mediums and stay with feeding her weekly. You could try the first and monitor her weight gain, see if it is slowing down. As long as she is still putting on weight after each feed then that's fine.
