Ive not had Sybil long but she has never been a shy snake until a week or so ago.
She would often go for a meander around her faun around the same time every night and I would see her head pop out of the hide, whatever end she was at, during the day.
I fed her her first fuzzy on the 24th and didnt see her for 2 days- I put this down to a change in food- and it was only when I changed her water and lifted her hide that I saw her and discovered she was in blue. So when she didnt come out again I thought that she was hiding being in blue, she didnt come out of her hide unless I took her out when I was changing the damp paper towels I was using to help her shed.
She cleared up and ate on monday and shed that night and she still hasnt moved from her hide.
I know its not a long time at all but Im just wondering if she was out so often on the pinkies cos she was hunting and now she is on fuzzies she is 'full' and doesnt need to.
Or am I just making a big deal out of nothing?
Her temps are fine and plenty of hiding places. |

| I wouldn't worry too much; it takes around 3 days for Corns to fully digest. Since little Sybil just got switched to fuzzies, it's going to take a little while for her body to adjust to the new, bigger food item (from what I've heard, anyways). Hope I helped :) and good luck with cute little Sybil! |

Thanks, CS21, thats pretty much what I was thinking- she doesnt need to go looking for food so why leave the warmth and comfy spot in her hide. Guessing once she is used to the fuzzies she will be a wanderer again, it was just the change in behaviour along with prey that made me want to check with someone else.
I think she is cute too, I may be bias though lol |

And just to show me up the little bugger is out and currently hanging half in the skull and half on top of her coconut hide making her way into the skull.
Im sure she planned it... Oh and we are on the move again... Yup, she wanted me to look like an idiot lol |
